If you are able to load the web interface on Internet Explorer for the DVR, but you get the error "Login Failed" every time you try to login, it is possible the IP Access setting is configured incorrectly.
The IP Access setting, when set to "Allow Access", allows you to configure an IP Access list which will limit which IP addresses are able to connect to the DVR. This is really only helpful if every device you have uses a static IP.
We recommended setting this setting to "Disabled". This means that any IP address can connect to the DVR as long as the User Name and Password match what is set on the DVR. If you are planning on using a cell phone to connect to this DVR, it is imperative to have this setting set to "Disabled".
To change the setting, go to "Settings" and then "Net".
On the "Net" page, click the button that says "Next Page" twice.
Find the setting labeled "IP Access" and using the arrows, change it to "Disabled"
Navigate to the "Save" tab and choose "Save and Exit".
Now try to connect to the DVR with Internet Explorer.
** Keep in mind that the username is case sensitive and "Admin" has a capital "A".
